SHIPPING INFORMATION

Plants are shipped bare-root for not fully rooted plants. We will ship your order within 3 to 5 days from the date of purchase. Plants are wrapped with clean tissue paper to protect their plants from stretching and breakage. Shipping will be via US Postal Service ONLY within the United States and its territories. Due to agricultural regulations, we do not ship internationally.

We hand-pack our products and take great care to ensure they arrive safely at their final destination. Free shipping takes 2 to 4 days, depending on your location relative to California. These estimates exclude the day your order will be shipped. For example, if you live in Ohio and your order is shipped on a Monday with 4-day shipping, you should receive it on Friday of the same week.

Some soil may be loose in the box when you open it. When you receive your plants, make sure to immediately remove them from their packaging and follow the care instructions on the instruction card

provided. Water as needed, only watering again when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are extremely hardy and will easily recover with proper care.

Please Note

  • To qualify for refunds, returns, or store credit, packages must be recovered and opened within 24 hours of delivery
  • If your order’s tracking information indicates that it has been “delivered,” but you have not received it, please contact us within one week to be eligible for a refund.
  • For any replacements or reimbursements, photos of any damaged plants are necessary.

Replacements

  • A replacement shipment will only comprise the replacement plant(s). We will not include any new plants in a replacement shipment
  • There will be no alternatives; any replacements will be identical to the original plant variety Replacement cannot be paired with Store Credit

No International Shipping

We are unable to offer international shipping due to strict import and export regulations on rooted plants. In addition, we do not provide phytosanitary certification or export paperwork. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have been detained by customs. Thank you for your patience in this situation.
